Zolin Art in Times Square

“Cityscapes: A World In Motion” on display in the lobby of the H&M Building, 151 W42nd St (formerly the Conde Nast Building, 4 Times Sq), NYC. Public hours are 7-7 M-F. Now thru mid-June.

Eight paintings explore the convergence of gestural mark-making with curved space, using cityscape imagery, often from New York.

Zolin has explored many corners of the City, from the UWS to the LES and beyond. He is always finding and creating new architectural views as he bends space, treating the assemblages of buildings as a giant outdoor sculpture that’s always moving.

 

Art-on-Paper Fair Returns to Pier 36

My drawings will be featured with a dozen other talented artists at Booth A9, Marloe Gallery, amongst a truly spectacular edition of the Art-on-Paper Fair, which returns to Manhattan’s Pier 36 this Thursday through Sunday 9/4-9/7.

14C Art Fair’s 6th edition in Jersey City will be hosted @ 157B First St. “Ghost Ranch,” my eleven foot painting of Georgia O’Keeffe country in New Mexico, along with an assortment of my black & white cityscapes will be in Room #418. I’ll be attending the Fair on all days.
